Emarie is a proud, fighting Texas Aggie who earned her Bachelor of Science in Global Arts, Planning, Design and Construction, along with minors in Horticulture and Communications, from Texas A&M University. Since joining the community, Emarie enjoys getting to know residents, creating memorable events, and helping foster a welcoming environment for everyone. In her free time, she loves watching movies, cooking new meals, and spending time with her dog, Iris, and cat, Tulip. With a passion for connecting with others, her mission is to continue bringing fun, creativity, and joy to the community.
Mason Berryhill

Mason Berryhill is a proud Texan who has lived in the DFW area his entire life. With several years of experience in real estate and property management, he leads with a servant heart and strives to be someone others can look up to. Mason enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with his family, and playing basketball—his favorite sport. A devoted husband and father to two boys, Mason is passionate about fostering strong connections and creating positive, welcoming communities.
